Manifesto

Forty-seven years ago today, the UN declared March 8 as International Women's Day. It is a day to celebrate but also to vindicate our role within society. At Construïm Juntes, we want to raise our voice in the face of the need to advance equality between women and men, in order to achieve a just and egalitarian society. In the world of construction, as in many others, it is necessary to break the stereotypes that still exist and to promote, recognize and make visible the participation of women in this sector. We want to put our grain of sand on this path and we want to build together a society of equality where all people, regardless of gender, have the same rights. Let’s not forget that women can do everything we set out to do!
